Barefoot Science insoles are suitable for all foot types, whether high or low arched, and all movement types whether supinator or overpronator. They are suitable across all age groups and across all clinical conditions.

Therapeutic contains 7 resistance plugs/insoles. The higher level plugs provide additional stimulation to the feet and proprioceptors which further strengthen foot muscles and massage tense muscles.
